Great for everyday home and office use. I work from home some days. Speed is good, no spinning. It is not unusual for me to have several tabs open. The sound is great; see video. I love the fingerprint feature to unlock my computer. Battery life is not as good as my chromebook but will last up to 2-3 days depending on what I have running. I definitely recommend it so far.
Needed one for my business. I immediately signed up for a monthly Microsoft subscription with the business and anti virus software. This laptop with this suite of software is fantastic and I dont see the need to spend more as any business advantage would be marginal. I highly recommend.
Thankfully I got this laptop for just evening checking things, because it runs so slow. I"ve had lenovo before and I loved the laptop, but this takes forever to pull up websites or just to go check Folder. I would say that maybe I"m running too much, but I have the exact same apps from an earlier lenovo laptop and it ran just fine. I"m keeping because it does what I need and was cheap, but avoid if you want to do anything serious on this laptop.
Do not buy this product. The laptop stopped working the day after it was delivered. I telephoned the technical service line and instead of talking to a tech I received a hard sell for a medical alert button. The only way to end it was to disconnect. The product is worthless and customer service non-existent.
Its not a bad laptop, but its very close. The screen is large but of cheap quality. The casing has a very fragile and low quality fit and finish.
The main issue though is the cpu is just fully overwhelmed by any small task. This was meant to be a home-use internet device for paying bills and kids homework with some occasional gaming on the side. Fortnite has no chance running on this even with the lowest settings. I had my hope up from the 40GB of ram, but its an imaginary benefit as the cpu can never sift through enough material to keep that much ram busy anyway. And after terrible I opened the box and tried the computer for a day, I am now subject to a 20% restocking fee? C"mon, thats pretty rough.
I wouldn"t recommend buying unless if you want to waste your money. I set it up for gaming but could not handle a single game. The battery life is terrible it only last 1 hour.
Ya tengo con esta computadora más de un año y es muy buena, nunca se traba, sirve mucho el teclado con luces led y tiene buen almacenamiento y velocidad de procesador, lo único malo es que el teclado está en inglés y no tiene ñ pero eso fue problema mío por no fijarme pero puedes configurar el teclado en español y ya puedes escribir la ñ justo en donde está la ñ en el teclado en español solo pues que es una tecla con símbolos.
Excelente equipo, cumple con las funciones, el teclado es muy suave, tiene un diseño bonito y hasta el momento todo sigue funcionando muy bien, es muy rápida para cosas de diseño
Por el procesador y memora ram, es perfecta para hacer desarrollo web y programación de baja intensidad; la compré por esa razón. También es perfectamente compatible con Ubuntu. La pantalla hace buen contraste con fondos oscuros y letras de colores claros, como los de una terminal.
Por otro lado, la pantalla no hace muy buen contraste con colores claros en general, por esa razón el usuario general, incluyendo oficinistas y estudiantes que sólo ocupen paquetería de oficina y el navegador web, podrían encontrar opciones con una mejor pantalla al mismo precio.
Finalmente, para ver peliculas/series/videos recalco que pueden encontrar por el mismo precio una computadora con mejor pantalla, otra opción sería conectarla a una pantalla externa porque los recursos de video sí son buenos.
Yo acabo de comprar esta laptop y la pantalla se distorsiona a cada rato esto es normal o le pasa a alguien más?
La pantalla es de lo más visible ya que se visualiza mientras está encendida como empieza a flashear.
La huella dactilar lo funciona no detecta ningún dedo y dice qué hay problemas, el touchpad se traba demasiado y de repente no funciona.
Quiero aplicar el reembolso pero en la aplicación de Amazon no me aparece la opción.
Físicamente la computadora es grande y se ve bien en acabados, pero en funcionamiento no la recomiendo, no se si toda esta gama sea así o solo tuve la mala fortuna que la que me enviaron salió mal.
